The number of guests and hours will be used to determine the minimum number of staff and satellite bars we recommend.

You may request more satellite bars than what we recommend but additional setup, and logistics costs may be applied. Each additional satellite bar includes 1 additional bartender in your estimate.

Satellite bars are additional service points placed throughout your venue to reduce wait times. Your estimate already includes the recommended number based on your guest count. Use this to add extra satellite bars beyond what's included.
